Why I built this
AI strategist, mum of three, builder in nap windows
It was April 2023, and I’d only been using ChatGPT since the day it launched, November 30, 2022. I was one of the first women in the online business space actually talking about what it could do, not just that it existed, and I was completely obsessed with figuring out how to make it work for real businesses, not just party tricks.
I got invited to speak at another coach’s workshop. My first paid masterclass. I was sharing my screen, walking everyone through exactly how I was using ChatGPT inside my own business, and one woman stopped me mid-sentence.

Three and a half years figuring out the same thing
She was pointing at this enormous block of text I had sitting in my account. Something I’d been building and refining for months. Every detail about my brand, my voice, my clients, my offers, the specific way I think, the way I work. My AI knew me because I’d spent months giving it everything it needed to know me.
She asked if I had a template for it. I said no. But I could make one.
A week later I was selling it for $11 as a Google Sheet. That was Brandprompt. Version one.
The Google Sheet became a GPT. The GPT turned into two versions of a custom bot called BrandiBot. Then I started building properly in Claude Code, and I rebuilt the whole thing from scratch as an app. The version you’re looking at right now is version four, and it is the best thing I have ever built.
The women getting real results from AI weren’t the ones who had found the best prompts. They were the ones who had given their AI enough context to actually know them.
Three kids. Ella is 7.5, Gracie is 4.5, Lottie is ten weeks old as I’m writing this. I came back from my third maternity leave, opened my laptop in a nap window, and kept building. Not because I had to. Because the systems I’d built meant I genuinely could.
